After personal experience in the therapy space, I have recognized the unique and powerful healing art can provide. Studies have shown the mental and physical benefits of art therapy in providing a creative outlet for emotion regulation, expression as well as aiding in creating new neural pathways. Art can also facilitate and support a different form of communication and self reflection. My approach is person-centered and draws on themes from IFS, attachment, mindfulness and strengths based. I have experience working with teens and adults who have a history of sexual trauma. I offer a space for curiosity, exploration and self-reflection through creative materials. Whether you are looking to process lived experiences, gain insight and reflection or explore themes of identity, art therapy may be supportive in your journey.

My journey into Naturopathic Medicine began in my early adolescent years after seeing a Naturopath. It was the first time I truly felt heard by a healthcare provider, and that experience shaped my understanding of the power of individualized medicine. I knew then that I wanted to become a Naturopathic Doctor.
I became drawn to the intersection of Naturopathic Medicine and mental health care shortly after this. Mental health care has always been a passion of mine, after navigating my own challenges and witnessing many family members and close friends do the same. My goal is to empower patients to regain control of both their physical and mental well-being through a holistic, evidence-based approach.
I have experience in treating a wide range of mental health concerns and work closely with patients to identify goals and create a plan to achieve them. My approach prioritizes education, focusing on optimizing diet, sleep, movement, and other lifestyle factors. I also utilize nutritional supplementation, botanical medicine and acupuncture to help reach identified goals. When needed, I incorporate laboratory testing to help guide treatment.
I hold a Bachelor of Science and a Doctor of Naturopathic Medicine. I am a member of the College of Naturopaths of Ontario, the Ontario Association of Naturopathic Doctors, and the Canadian Association of Naturopathic Doctors.

My path into psychotherapy began with a deep fascination for the brain—how it can shape, bend, and even rewrite our sense of reality. This curiosity became personal as I sought to better understand the mental health struggles within my own family. Over time, what started as intellectual interest grew into emotional investment, and eventually, a vocation.
As a first-generation Lebanese Canadian and a survivor of generational trauma, I bring both personal understanding and professional training to my work. I have supported clients in addiction rehab facilities, facilitated support groups for ADHD, anger, and recovery, and now work primarily with individuals aged 15 to 50 navigating ADHD, trauma, anxiety, or addiction. Whether it’s phobias, relationship patterns, or emotional overwhelm, I strive to help clients get curious about the internal systems driving their lives.
My approach is grounded in attachment theory. I see the therapeutic relationship as a secure base from which clients can explore, experiment, and heal. Our sessions together become a mirror to better understand how you relate to the world around you. I tend to work collaboratively, but offer direct guidance when needed—especially when supporting neurodivergent clients or those facing the challenges of addiction.
I aim to offer a space that feels safe, real, and open to discovery. If you’re ready to understand yourself more deeply and reshape old patterns, I would be honoured to walk that path with you.

Together, we’ll explore the beliefs and patterns that shape your inner world and relationships—and move toward intentional, values-driven change. I believe deeply that when we live by design rather than default, we reconnect with a sense of purpose and reclaim the freedom to become who we’ve always known we were meant to be.
This belief fuels both my clinical work and my writing. As a published author, I explore themes of personal transformation, resilience, and self-discovery—empowering clients to live beyond social roles and scripted expectations, and into lives that are grounded, authentic, and free.

I like to believe that we are drawn towards what is meant for us and for me that was my love for mental health and anything psychology related. Since I was young, I became a part of the mental health community, advocating and educating myself and others all while experiencing my own hardships and therapy which fueled my desire to help others in any way I could.
My background in Forensic Psychology and Counselling Psychology has only added to that innate nature of wanting to support others by creating a safe environment to explore emotions and vulnerabilities during various obstacles in life. Overtime, I have had the privilege of working with a diverse group of individuals including teens and couples.
I pride my approach on warmth and empathy while offering a welcoming environment where you can feel heard, supported and reminded that no one is ever alone. When worry, anxiety and stress take over it feels like we become stuck in time and drained and that’s where I strive to explore your strengths, fears and stressors to help you regain that sense of control and empowerment.

My passion for psychology and mental health was born from personal experiences with adversity during childhood. After undergoing counseling myself, I recognized the profound impact that therapy can have on one’s life, which inspired me to help others who have faced similar challenges. With a background in counseling psychology, I’ve had the privilege of working hands-on with a diverse range of individuals, particularly youth, navigating a variety of life’s struggles. I was called to this work through my own healing journey and the profound transformation I experienced within the therapeutic space. During my adolescent years, I navigated trauma, loss, and an eating disorder—experiences that shaped not only my path toward healing, but also my understanding of the depth, complexity, and resilience of the human experience. Through that journey, I came to understand the power of being truly seen, held, and understood, and the importance of creating spaces where healing can unfold with safety and intention. It continues to shape the way I sit with and hold space for others in their healing.
Over the past fifteen years, I’ve had the privilege of walking alongside children, adults, and families as they navigate life’s challenges and transitions. My work across schools, community services, shelters, and counselling settings has deepened my respect for the resilience of the human spirit and the importance of a safe, connected therapeutic relationship. Grounded in my background in social work, mental health, and counselling psychology, I offer an integrative approach that honours each person’s unique path.
I am deeply passionate about a holistic approach to therapy—one that honours the whole person: mind, body, heart, and spirit. I believe healing unfolds when we are given the space to reconnect with ourselves, to listen inward, and to gently access the strengths and wisdom that already exist within. My intention is to create a space that feels safe, attuned, and supportive, where clients can explore, process, and grow in a way that feels authentic and aligned for them.
My work is rooted in trauma-informed care and integrates both mind- and body-based approaches. I draw from modalities such as Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Internal Family Systems (IFS), and Somatic Experiencing (SE). These approaches allow for a deeply personalized process, supporting nervous system regulation, inner connection, and lasting, meaningful healing.
